Food Allergy Disclaimer

Our boards may contain or have come in contact with common food allergens including (but not limited to) peanuts, tree nuts, soy, eggs, wheat, fish, shellfish or dairy products.

Clients with sensitivities should exercise judgement and let us know to not include specific ingredients.  While we can omit those ingredients, and take precaution to reduce the risk of cross-contamination,  we cannot 100% guarantee that any of the products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, egg, wheat, fish, shellfish, dairy or any other food allergies.

Care & Serving
Boards are wrapped and ready to serve.  The board, once it is picked up or dropped off, is solely the client's responsibility. They may kept refrigerated, but best eaten within 1-2 days for optimal freshness. Keep refrigerated until served. Set out 15 minutes before party time for best flavor and texture! 

Payment Policy
All payments are non-refundable.  However, credit may be issued under certain conditions, as outlined below.

Board Order Cancellation Policy

  • 7 or More Days Notice:
    Cancel at least 7 days in advance and receive full credit toward a future order.

  • Less Than 7 Days Notice:
    - Cancel between 48 hours and 7 days before your order, and you'll receive 50% of your purchase total as store credit.
    - The remaining 50% is non-refundable to help cover the costs of prepped materials and the unsellable time slot.

  • Less Than 48 Hours Notice:
    Cancellations made within 48 hours are 100% non-refundable and non-creditable.

  • Holiday Bookings:
    All holiday bookings are 100% non-refundable and non-creditable.

Grazing Tables Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • 14 or More Days Notice:
    If you request changes to your reservation at least 14 days before the event date, your payment may be used as credit toward a future booking.

  • Between 14 and 7 Days Notice:
    If canceled or rescheduled between 7 and 14 days before the event, 50% of the payment may be applied as credit toward a future event.

  • Less Than 7 Days Notice:
    If canceled within 7 days of the event, the full payment is non-refundable and non-creditable.

  • Credit Use:
    Any issued credit must be used within six months from the original event date and is subject to availability.
